65 institutions use MyProgress, underscoring its versatility and trusted reputation. In 2024, MyProgress was rolled out to 80 new programmes at 34 institutions, fostering consistency and innovation in training and assessment. 

Consistent, High-Volume Usage 

Every day, the platform processes between 4,000 and 12,000 forms or assessments, showcasing its ability to manage high volumes efficiently. With 60,000 to 80,000 users logging in daily, MyProgress ensures a seamless and reliable experience for students, assessors, and supervisors. 

Empowering Assessors and Supervisors 

In the past 12 months alone, over 270,000 assessors and supervisors have engaged with MyProgress to complete forms and provide feedback. This level of participation highlights the platform’s role in fostering collaboration and quality assurance. 

Massive Scale of Data Collection 

Over 28 million hours recorded on timesheets, providing a comprehensive view of student and trainee experiences. 

Mobile-First Flexibility 

A significant 33% of students and trainees complete their responses via the mobile app. This reflects the importance of on-the-go accessibility and offline functionality in meeting the needs of today’s learners. 

Pan London 

MyProgress supports institutions across the capital in partnership with the Pan London Practice Learning Group. 39,000 Nursing and Midwifery students across London completed 1 million assessment forms and logged 9.2 million practice hours in 2024.
